Role Overview
We are looking for an Account Executive who understands the daily pains of a Freight Forwarder. You will manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to discovery calls and closing deals with operations leaders who are ready to automate.
What You'll Do
- •Manage a pipeline of mid-market Freight Forwarders and NVOCCs.
- •Conduct high-impact product demonstrations tailored to specific operational bottlenecks.
- •Navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles within traditional logistics companies.
- •Ensure a smooth handoff to the implementation team after closing.
- •Maintain deep relationships with customers to identify expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- •3+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience, ideally in logistics or supply chain.
- •Excellent discovery and consultative selling skills.
- •Ability to articulate technical ROI to non-technical operational buyers.
- •Self-starter mindset with a bias toward outbound activity.
