We are a fast-moving, AI-native team born out of the frustration of inbox chaos and manual spreadsheet dependency in the logistics industry. We give Freight Forwarders the speed and structure that modern commerce demands by automating the commercial workflow from lead to invoice.

Role Overview

Join our engineering team to build the production AI systems that power freight automation. You'll design and deploy LLM-based agents, prompt pipelines, and evaluation systems that handle real-world freight operations at scale.

What You'll Do

• •Design and implement robust AI agents for email parsing and document extraction.
• •Optimize prompt chains and RAG architectures for high-accuracy logistics data.
• •Build evaluation and observability suites to maintain agent reliability in production.
• •Work with the core engineering team to integrate AI outputs into our workflow engine.
• •Explore and prototype new agentic capabilities for automated quoting and booking.

Requirements

• •3+ years of experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems.
• •Strong proficiency in Python and modern LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• •Experience with prompt engineering, RAG systems, and agentic architectures.
• •Familiarity with AI evaluation tools and observability (Langfuse, Weights & Biases).
